How to book the Lleyn Peninsula Holiday Cottage?

Payments
When reservation dates are agreed we will calculate the cost of the deposit (25% of the total holiday cost plus an additional £50 which will be repayable after the holiday, provided that the cottage is left in a reasonable condition).
Deposit
The deposit must be received within one week. If the 
booking is within 8-weeks of the arrival date, the full cost of the holiday plus the £50 refundable deposit, will be required within the week. Upon receipt of the payment we will send you the confirmation paperwork and full details of your holiday.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel in writing at least 8-weeks before your planned arrival we will refund 50% of the payment received.
If you cancel in writing between 4 and 8 weeks before your planned arrival we will refund 25% of all payments received. If you cancel 4 weeks or less before your planned arrival, no refund will be made.
Arrival and Departure
Lleyn Peninsula Holiday Cottage
Reservations are usually Friday to Friday. On the arrival Friday visitors are requested not to arrive before 3pm.
On the day of departure, visitors must leave by 11am (to allow time for cleaning before next arrivals).
We ask that you advise us of your expected time of arrival to arrange key collection.
Short Breaks
Out of season week-end and mid week breaks can be arranged.
They can only be considered a maximum of one week in advance in high season (school holidays) or two weeks in advance during the remainder of the year.
No smoking in the house, well behaved pets welcome by prior agreement at a cost of £20 per week.
Price information
Lleyn Peninsula Holiday Cottage
High season (school holidays) £650 per week
Mid season (March to October non school holidays) £400 per week
Low season (November to February excl Christmas and new year) £300 per week
Week-end breaks (Friday / Saturday / Sunday nights) 50% of weekly rate
Mid-week breaks (Monday – Friday) 60% of weekly rate
Important
The cottage must be left clean and tidy, materials and equipment are provided. We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage and for extra cleaning if the property is not left in an acceptable condition.
Langate House is situated in the quiet village of Llanaelhaearn, a couple of miles from the coastal village of Trefor
Within easy reach of the beautiful sandy beaches of Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn, 6.6 miles from Pwlleheli, 13.7 miles from Caernarfon and lots of local attractions. 
The internal décor throughout is light, modern and neutral. 
Outside there are views of the nearby mountains and a small totally enclosed garden, with steps.
